Vitalize Terp Spray Shipping Policies

Vitalize ships domestically in the United States, and internationally always adhering to country and local laws.

Our staff are industry certified our logistics providers to pack your orders with safety & care.

• Due to regulations, we do not ship to LatAm or Asia markets. 

1. Shipping Size Options

We offer 3 options for shipping which will fit 1 20ml Can, 6 20ml Cans, and 12 20ml Cans. 

For orders that are a combination of sizes; we will pack and ship in the boxes that will fit the order in a secure and safe manner. 

2. Fulfill & Shipping Time

Our fulfillment time from fresh canning to shipping to the customer normally takes 1-3 days maximum. 

We offer regular ground shipping to maintain the costs low for our customers.

• Domestic / U.S. orders can be generally be delivered around 7 days.
• International orders will depend on the destination, custom clearance and local delivery, which can range around 2-4 weeks on average.  

2. International Custom Duties & Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)

• There may be cases where orders are subject to local import duties and taxes.
• The customer is responsible for payment and clearance these expenses for customs clearance.
• Vitalize will provide the value of the package as required by customer and our logistics partners. 

In the case of orders from the EU: 

Our products come in pressurized aerosol (flammable) form and as such; we are required to adhere to the EU's IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR). 

Orders from the European Union will have an additional charge of a fixed fee of $70 per shipment / box (subject to change at any time) as the required for flammable aerosol transport fee. Vitalize Spray does not profit from this fee.

3. Lost or Stolen Goods 

• Upon customer's reporting of Lost packages by the Carrier; Vitalize Terpene Spray will take necessary measure up until package is marked as delivered by the carrier (with photo confirmation when possible).
• Once marked as delivered by the carrier, and the package becomes stolen; it is strongly recommended that the customer file a claim with the Carrier as well as  reporting to the local police as soon as customer becomes aware of the theft. Vitalize is unable to provide a refund in this case.
